She always asked if we needed anything and brought out special dish not on the menu. We will be back for sure! Thank you for everything! Our stay was beyond wonderful. "

"Beautiful hotel - amazingly helpful staff. It is in Central Jakarta but not an area you would be able to walk to a shopping mall or coffee bar. You will need to get a Grab to see anywhere in the City."

"The location was excellent. No more than 20 mins to the venues we had planned to visit. The staff was wonderful. Very courteous, welcoming and they always have a smile on their faces from the manager to the security guards. Room was nice and big and had excellent view of the city. Cleanliness was the exception here. Everywhere was spectacular. The gym and pool areas looked very good even though we didn’t have time to visit them. "

Breakfast was fantastic with an array of local and international cuisine. Club lounge was adequate but was better at other MOs. Overall great hotel with fantastic location."

"Hotel Langham Jakarta is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are large and business locations in CBD are easy to walk to. Sadly we weren't there long enough to explore more of Jakarta. "

"We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold."
