The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the breakfast Chef and ladies at the breakfast kitchen. So nice and helpful every morning. The breakfast itself was like a 5-star report. Big room, great bed, shower and toilet was top notch quality. You can even have a robot 🤖 deliver your room service. you get a LOT of hotel and amenities for the room rate. Great location too"

Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. This owner and manager are the nicest and most friendly people you will ever meet. My wife Zoriana was all alone in this big city and thank god I booked this hotel. She even drove my wife around and showed her the sights and fed my wife with her own family. You meet people like this once in a life time. Property is very clean and quiet and easy to get around. Five stars I’ll give this place and that’s a first for me.

We stayed here for about 16 nights visiting relatives in Yanjiao. Amazing experience, clean rooms, friendly/attentive staff, and an overall comfortable environment. I recommend this place to both locals and visitors. They provided clean sheets and towels for us every day and free water bottles. Very convenient laundry facility w/detergent and washer/dryer free of charge. A delicious, wide selection of dishes for breakfast buffet. I stayed one evening between an international and domestic flight. The health club was staffed, clean and equipment was modern and in good condition. Breakfast buffet was also good and the staff was very attentive.
Best of all, the Head Concierge, Michael, spent an hour on the phone with my domestic airline making certain that My ticket was changed to a later flight. Very professional and helpful staff. All that you need and a convenient location.

I love this hotel. Really clean and nice to stay at. For example, I wear screw in earrings and, after I got back to my room from a long day, I saw a piece on the bedside table. To which I then realized I lost my earring. But when I went into the bathroom, the other side was there. Which just goes to show how well the staff was at cleaning the room to which they find such small parts and leave it where it can be found.

A highly cost-effective choice near Communication University, the location is extremely convenient. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop across the street, and the subway station is also nearby. Commuting and running errands are both extremely convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and sleeping on the large bed is very comfortable. The room is also clean and hygienic. The staff was extraordinarily kind and accomodating of the language barrier.
