"Need better service and attention at the breakfast restaurant! Only one waiter for about 80 customers, and just one oven! It’s simply not enough. “It takes 30 minutes to heat up a tortilla.” That’s way too long for breakfast service. The room was pretty clean, most of the staff were very nice, the food was good, and the air conditioning cooled the room pretty well."

"I had a really great stay here in Medellín. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and it quickly felt like a home rather than just a short-term rental. One of the highlights was the kitchen—it was large, functional, and had everything I needed to actually cook proper meals, which I really appreciated during a longer stay. The entire space was well maintained and thoughtfully set up, with comfortable furniture, plenty of room to relax, and everything I needed day to day. The location was convenient for getting around Medellín while still being a comfortable place to come back to and unwind. Communication was easy throughout the stay, and any questions or needs were handled quickly and professionally. Check-in and checkout were both straightforward with no unnecessary hassle. Overall, this was one of those stays where everything simply worked well. I was very comfortable here and would absolutely stay again the next time I’m in Medellín."
