"Excellent airport hotel experience"

"Perfect location,we walked everywhere. Tons of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to come back to Lisboa."

"Was told we would get a breakfast box in the morning but when we asked for it in the morning they said we did not register for it so there was none available. But the person who checked us in was the one who should have registered us for the box and she was the one who told us we could get it in the morning. Disappointed as i paid extra for breakfast"

"I can say the hotel overall was excellent. Nice rooms, staff very helpful. Id absolutely stay again. If i had any constructive criticism it would be the set up of the pool/bar. Lovely pool and the sun hits it beautifully but no bar directly attached to it. I think if there was a bar selling alcohol with some lite music customers would use the pool area much more. Other than that excellent"

"Room was clean but bathrooms are tiny. Think aeroplane size! Breakfast was ok but limited choices and no eggs to order. Didn’t try dinner - it was a buffet. Bar area is tiny and uninviting. Hotel is very close to airport. A shuttle is provided but in good weather is not needed - it’s an easy 5 min walk. "
