Overall, the staff has been very professional, polite, and available at any time. The area itself is strategic as it’s not super central but easy to reach via public transport from both the airport and the city centre. Plenty of amenities and services at walking distance - restaurants, cafes, El Corte Inglés, parks, … and a big supermarket just in front of the hotel! Super recommended.
