What a charming hotel! Lots of quirky decorations throughout the hotel and in rooms. The staff were absolutely lovely- happy to help with any and all questions. We had a loft room, which was small but more than sufficient, with a breathtaking view of the fjord. We made use of the two hot-spring fed hot tubs available to guests as well. I had an unfortunate tragedy occur during the flight to Iceland where my wife passed away. The staff here at Storm hotel were over and above extremely accommodating, kind and caring. They had a room ready for me early and blocked it off for me for the duration of my extended stay. The clerks at the front desk were all so nice, caring and friendly, and made me feel as comfortable as possible.
