"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hawthorn in Chicago, and it was a delightful experience!
The location was simply amazing, offering easy access to local attractions and a vibrant atmosphere. The hotel itself was cutely decorated, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home.
What truly stood out during my stay was the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless, which added to my overall comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.
The amenities were also impressive, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago; it exceeded my expectations in every way!"

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The BonVoy app made it easy to check in online and get a phone key before we arrived, and the process worked smoothly. There is sufficient free parking in front of the facility. We did speak with the staff at the font desk, and she was very helpful. The location was perfect for somewhere to stay overnight for an early morning event in Louisville. The only downside is the noise from the interstate and airport because of the proximity to Louisville. There were a handful of fast food and chain restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. "
