"Rockefeller is nice but I would not recommend it due to the poor location, constantly busy restaurant, unruly guests and lack of cleanliness in some of the facilities. "

"The room was compact, the carpet around the tv viewing area was rough on your feet. The safe there were no instructions and did not work electronically and we had to be given a key. There was no electrical socket in the bathroom therefore my wife had to dry her hair and use the mirror on her phone to dry her hair in the living room as no mirror near any sockets. Room service did not pick up (tried 7 times) so we had to go down which was not good as my stomach was playing up and the waiter apologised as he could then see on his phone we had tried ringing. "

"The hotel is fantastic - the staff are extremely helpful, rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with all amenities, the breakfast that is included is incredible. Everything from made to order along with an extensive buffet. I have stayed here twice now and will be coming back for sure. "
