"Room was clean and Linda at the front desk was accommodating and friendly but the blonde man at the front desk was unfortunately not. Some people should not work customer service. He was very unprofessional talking phone calls as I was talking and trying to check in and when I ran into an issue trying to check in he was very cold and offered no solutions only problems. Linda had to fix his mistakes. Also it smelled like weed all night and morning, people were smoking in their rooms"

"Clean room, nice staff. I enjoyed very much that they have a gated parking lot but the parking spots are first come first serve so make sure to ask and the location is in the back of the building. They secure it at night so that’s great. If your looking for a simple one night like me and nothing too extra this is your spot but be mindful of the area. "

"We stayed for 3 nights and everything was top notch from beginning to end. When we arrived with the airport shuttle, we were dropped off at the front door, which was very nice. We were greeted every time we left and returned. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were nice and clean. Excellent stay!"

"Breakfast is not included as stated. Breakfast is $25 an adult. The checkin experience was horrible as my booking wasn't at the hotel and i had to pay again for a room. Worst experience ever. It will be hard for me to come back to hotels.com"

"The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean with comfy pillows and blankets, there were plenty of towels. A couple of issues with the keycards. Something was up with our lock. It seemed like it deactivated cards, but we were close to the front desk, and they were quick to replace them… just a small hassle. The breakfast was AMAZING! Overall, this is a great stay minutes from the park."
