"This is a very nice hotel in the centre of the V & A in Cape Town. Just a short walk to the main shopping mall and restaurant’s. The hotel staff make this a place to return too. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant and bar staff. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the main restaurant."

"So incredibly nice of the reception that when we arrived in the morning at the hotel they made sure that our room was prioritized for check-in which meant that we could check in before lunch.
