"I was given a single room with a single bed for me and my teenage son. I paid for a double room and I was told that I couldn't get any room at first because the hotel was overbooked. I was given a single room with a queen size after insisting. The beds metal was out. Im still recovering."

Son emplacement est un vrai coup de cœur : juste en face de la magnifique Mosquée Ketchaoua et en plein cœur de la Casbah. Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. You will have to rent two rooms if you want to stay with your wife in the same place. Never...
