Willy helped me park my rental car, helped me find food and brought it to my room, helped me carry my luggage and he made me feel like home. If this hotel was newer we would be paying top dollars to stay there. The staff is good and helpful if you need anything. Understanding of Spanish language will work wonders for you. So try to learn a little Spanish language before your trip to Panama. I will definitely return and stay at the same hotel. "

TV in room was broken but front desk was helpful. I was only staying one night so didn't need it. Close to the metro and main boulevard near "Panama" sign."
