"Check in was simple as long as you have the booking code - it is sent to you from the hotel, NOT hotels.com. I did not have it but someone came straight away when called to help me. The room was spacious and had a coffee machine and a fridge and a comfy bed. The location is great - so close to the train station and also just a few minutes walk into the town center. I got breakfast at nearby restaurants so did not try the hotel breakfast (next door). Would definitely stay there again"

All the facilities we expected just needed to request an iron and ironing board when we needed one, which was promptly brought to our room. The 12PM checkout was welcomed and we were able to extend an additional hour for a small fee which helped with our travel arrangements.
