Everything was perfect!!!

Nicolas is a warm and gracious host. A big smile welcomed us on arrival he was even waiting outside for us outside as it was nightime and dark when we arrived. Instructions pre arrival through the hotels.com app were clear and concise. The roman was spacious and comfy and well stocked with all amenities ,including still and sparkling water, pens, all sorts of xtras to insure a comfortable stay. A few steps away from the " Charming Suites" is a breathtaking view of the plaza and cathedral,...

HVN 10 was amazing and quite the hidden gem. Pierre and his staff were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Overall, it's a beautiful and peaceful property. We look forward to returning.

Love this hotel. Moder, clean and near many places.

First class service all around… room was excellent… restaurant had superb dining choices, breakfast was great. Staff very polite and friendly.

A great place to stay. Excellent.

Ease of access to the city and the location. The staff was very friendly and found solutions to our requests.

The stairs are a bit tough. Other than that it’s good. Like the location and the AC.

Great hotel... Great breakfast. The gym and the wellness equipment is super

Perfect location across the street from the Berchem train station and tram stop and adjacent to a super market. A rather upscale property for the Park Inn brand. A new hotel with a bright, spacious, and welcoming lobby and terrace. The staff is incredible! Very customer focused and genuinely enthusiastic to help make your stay a pleasant one. The front desk receptionists and the bar and restaurant staff were incredible! Some of the best service I have received from a hotel staff. Construction...

Very busy area but convenient to train station and tram. Great breakfast and bar.

great location...close proximity to the heart of town, yet quiet and peaceful. Nicely renovated property with comfortable and modern rooms. Nice breakfast buffet - both the food selection and the room

Very good property with a crew always ready to help. Great breakfast with a lot of different options. Easy and fast commute to the center of Antwerp.

Property is wonderful, very inconvenient that is very isolated, no means of transportation unless you have a car other wise bus is far and not jus every one and every day you can afford to take a taxi. Wish it was affordable in big cities or through a program!. Thanks! I love staying at ibis but sometimes the rates are not for everyone that like to travel for several days.

I stayed only one night here but the accommodations were very comfortable and I would book a room here again in the future. The directions from the hotel on check in and parking were very clear and accurate. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great (you will not have any troubles with the warm water - there is plenty of nice hot water here!). The staff were very friendly and professional.

Everything about this hotel was Stellar. The staff. The Rooms. The Spa. The ambience. It was more than I imagined. We will be coming back.

A perfect stay for those who like an individual hotel with personality. Thanks again to Laurens and Yannick for the tips and their flexibility during our stay.
