"Alessandro was an attentive host and the location is walking distance from train station. Breakfast is served on a rooftop veranda with nice views.
Getting in was a little complicated with multiple doors and locks, but Alessandro provides very clear, explicit instructions for entering the property.
It was clean & tidy and we would stay there again."

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly.
Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off.
Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."
