"Solena Smart Inn is a very good brand. Stayed in two locations this time, both very satisified with the location and the cargo itself. The design layout is very user friendly. It’s very quiet and as each room is an individual cargo, privacy is guaranteed. We couldn’t hear any noise from our neighbors."

"Beautiful hotel with spacious room and super friendly hosts. Only jarring note was leaving your shoes in a cupboard in reception area and choosing slip on sandals that other people had worn before and obviously not had sanitised. Private onsen which was changed daily and lovely."

Walked from Suiun to The Hakone Open-Air Museum easily with the best Lawsons along the way. We did not make it to Hakone Gora Park but it was right next door, down the street was a Hakone Tozan Railway stop. "What an amazing hotel. The highlight is the onsen, absolutely incredible. They have 2 onsen rooms, male and female. Both rooms have 2 onsens, indoors and outdoors, as well as a sauna. Changing rooms are clean with hair dryers, towels, lockers and other amenities. Staff were very kind, allowed us to borrow umbrellas when it was raining, they have a giftshop inside too. 10/10"
