"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"

"Lovely apartment in a great location. Clean and close to lots of shops and cafes. On a side road, so very quiet at night. Ideally situated for the S trains and U bahn. 30 mins by train to Berlin Brandenburg Airport. Highly recommend these studios/suites, and will definitely return. "

"The street outside is busy with shops and clubs, but the apartment is surprisingly quiet. Nice, quiet, with comfortable mattresses. "

"Room is clean and location is perfect. Even though the WiFi network is hard to connect at the beginning, It took me few hours and finally connected, but once connected, WiFi is kind of stable. Only problem is that power plug is too less, even one power plug under TV doesn’t have power at all."

"Friendly personnel at reception. We were able to check-in early ( flight arrived at 9.30 am ). Spacious room. Hotel a 5 minute walk from U-Bahn and only a 10 minute trip away from Alexanderplatz. Recommend!"
