He kept an eye on me (an old man with mobility limitations), told me where to buy gluten free crispbread, and made sure caught my train when I left. "This is a hidden gem. Spacious rooms, great views, nice sized balcony, church bells ringing, wonderful breakfast and even a better dinner. Did not use the amenities but looked nice. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English. Look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend. And only 10 minutes away from the Neuschwanstein Castle. "

"Rezeption unwissend unfreundlich mann kommt sich als gast zweiter klassse vor.wir waren im appartementhaus gegenüberliegende strasse untergebracht .mussten nach badementeln für den spa bereich betteln,brötchenservice wurde verneint erst nach aufklärung meiner seite doch möglich. spitze auch bei der suche unseres zimmers auf karte 611 aber nur zweistellige zimmernr.dann nach ca 5min erschien eine dame von der rezeption um unser zimmer nochmals zu überprüfen aufklärung 611 Haus 6 app.11 HaHa...

"Excellent family run hotel. Owner was lovely. Gave us some great tips for places to visit. Restaurant food was superb. All staff were lovely. The whole place is full of character and charm. Our room was lovely and we had a great view from our balcony. Nice touches such as a blanket on each balcony chair in case it goes chilly. We loved the owner. Never seen anyone work so hard. She spoke to every guest every day. Would visit again and recommend. "
