Staff member Paquita was extra helpful by changing our room to one near the lift as I was on crutches then surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates as it was my husband's birthday. "Checking in was different. We checked in at the bar counter. The Mile End is more a bar/restaurant having rooms upstairs. Room was both clean & comfortable. AC worked great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean up crew were not so diligent as they missed our rooms the first morning. Location is good. Just outside the CBD. The strip mall next door has a couple of good restaurants. Recommended."
