Excellent place to stop for the night. It's close to some shopping, and only 15-20 minutes from the Melbourne airport. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and they offered complimentary access to the full gym and pool which is located right next to the hotel. I didn’t arrive at the Hotel until after 3am and checked out early, so wasn’t really there long enough to really rate the Hotel properly. I slept through breakfast so missed that. But definitely want to give a big shout out to the fellow on the Reception. Once I got up to my room for whatever reason my combination lock on my suitcase would not unlock and I was getting quite upset as I couldn’t open it. Shuttle and service fine

Our stay was transitional as we had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. We were offered an early check in which was great. Staff were friendly and offered suggestions on local area. The unit was perfect. Very clean and spacious. We would be interested in a longer term stay next time we are in Melbourne.

Great hotel, great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Bed was extremely comfy. Would have liked a trash can in the room (but that’s a minor point).

Perfect location for getting around the city. Breakfast amazing and the service was top notch. We will stay again when we are in Melbourne so happy we found this little gem.

Property is good but they are very strict with rules and cancellation policy if you have any sudden change of plans then this is not a option

As a person in a wheelchair, I appreciated the simple layout of the rooms. Easy place to store my chair (I'm always looking for the place of the outlets) and pretty simple desk chairs to use. The beds are always too high for me so I always need to boost myself with the desk chairs. Some hotels go over the top with their desk chairs making it hard to climb into bed. But this was pretty straight forward.

Have stayed here many times now and never had anything but a pleasant stay. Make sure to add breakfast which has a large variety to choose from, as not much else around. Short 15 min walk to the casino for food and drinks and a bit more for a lot more options. Parking is not on site and they offer a discounted rate of $30 overnight in the DFO Carpark, however at the rear is $20 overnight in the main carpark or on the street is free from 6pm until 8am.
