"Absolutely loved my stay. Room was beautiful and the staff were great. Only let down was that my order of in room dining hadn’t arrived for over an hour and a half. When I called to enquire it was delivered in less than 15 minutes. Was told they will give me my Diet Coke for free. Which turned out to be a tiny can. The whole meal should have been complimentary as far as I’m concerned. Very poor effort on that part."

"The property was cozy, modern, close to the Eastland Shopping Centre and the Ringwood Station, make it easier to commute. The staff also very helpful. It would be nice if there were microwave, toothbrush and toothpaste in the room."

"Very convienent when we drive to Melbourne for various reasons. Good parking. Easy check-in and check-out. We ate at anexcellent Chinese inhouse resturant with very friendly staff. Was very convienient. This was our 3rd booking here."

"A solid stay that ticks all the boxes. I arrived expecting a fairly compact room and was pleasantly surprised by the generous space. The quiet atmosphere made for genuinely restful nights, which is increasingly rare in hospitality these days. The pub meal was proper quality at a good price. Executed well, the kind of food that makes you think the kitchen actually cares. Logistically, they've got it sorted. Late-night arrivals and early departures were hassle-free, which matters more than most hotels seem to realise. Access in and out was simple and easy. Best for: Travellers who value comfort, quiet, and convenience over frills. Business travellers, couples, anyone wanting a reliable base without the fuss."
