What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.
I have traveled to this area every two months for business for the last 10 years and this is the best hotel within 30 km. It is brand new, clean, comfortable, good service and decent restaurant. The price is spot on.

Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!
This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it.
Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all.

Do not judge this property by the outside!! It was EXCELLENT!! Very elegant, super nice staff, large room wonderful breakfast. Special shout out to Maria who served breakfast each day.

The greatest strength of this property is its host. We arrived about an hour before the official check-in time while our room was still being prepared. She made every effort to make us comfortable by storing our luggage, allowing us to use the bathroom, and later even letting us check out...
I arrived late to Naples with an early flight the following day. My random find on expedia was surprising. It's a very clean and comfortable b&b. The host's greeted me with panettone and a a fire. They're very sweet. Showed me around.
The room is small but clean and everyhing works as you expect. Plus there's a beautiful rooftop terrace!
Awesome! The restaurant and bar at the top is a must visit. The wait staff were generous pourers, the food was great, and they even applied a discount to our bill unprompted from the Fork app. Great place!
