"I was not able to use the $22 for food provided as the grab and go was not open early enough prior to my departure and I dis not have time to order room service. There are no hair dryers in the rooms. It was VERY quiet, which was fantastic!"

"First of we would like to give Crystal at the front desk a Big shout out, she was so nice and inviting. The hotel is ok just a little outdated and the bed was not comfortable but it’s a quiet and safe place. Breakfast was not that great, it was overcooked but the lady in there was nice. Overall it’s a decent place to stay and the price was good for a short stay."

"Breakfast was ok but the shuttle didn't bring us to the terminal we needed, I to take a bus at the airport and wait 30 minutes to be at the right terminal. We took Uber to get to the hotel and next time we will take a Uber to get to the airport too. The hotel was very good and clean with very nice staff."

"One night stay, and I could not have handled another night. Cleanliness was poor at best. In the hallway leading to the room there was spilled food in MANY areas all along the hallway. Bathroom in the room showed hair in the sink and shower and on the floor. Stains on the sheets and pillow slips. TV remote was sticky. Went to the gym and most of the equipment had out of order signs on it. Worst part was the breakfast - I have no idea what the sausage was made from, but it was NOT pork or beef. Did not even taste like soy. Mystery meat taste. Very skimpy setup, and unorganized and confusing flow for patrons. I would not stay here again."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Everything was clean. Only stayed one night but only advice would be for hotel is to change out bad lightbulbs and check your appliances. Had a shirt ruined by a faulty iron trying to iron the shirt before an event. No fault of person doing the ironing. 😏"

"We booked a double queen suite 2-3 months before traveling. When we arrived at the property we were informed that the room was no longer available. We were offered a single king room with 4 travelers. Absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully we were able to book at room at Indigo Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was in a much better area and absolutely gorgeous."
