"The room was filthy. I had my toddler with me and it was not at all to a standard where they could play. The bed comfort was awful and the pillows smelled terrible. The AC didn’t work and we desperately needed it and nobody could help us. The AC fan whistled all night so nobody slept. Literally the worst place I have ever stayed and I have to stay by the Chicago airport every other month or so. Never again."

"This would be the PERFECT hotel if there was a pool! I love the staff, the location is fantastic, the parking is reasonable and connected to the hotel. I have stayed here twice in the last six weeks and both times were wonderful. The breakfast buffet is FANTASTIC and it's $10 a person. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a soft place to land"

"Ariel and Chris were awesome at Happy Hours! Rooms are large. Great breakfast. Front desk morning staff needs a refresher "

"There were ants crawling over things in our room and on our bed. The staff has the personality of a doormat. The check in attendant was on her cell phone the entire time. She said nothing to us other than “sign here”. The building is old, run down, the rooms are the same. The bathroom leaves A LOT to be desired. During our stay, the fire alarm went off at 11 pm and we had to exit the building but no explanation was provided on if it was safe to re-enter or an apology to stand in the cold. If I could give this property zero stars, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Currently under construction with their courtyard, so things look a bit messy. Wallpaper and a fresh paint throughout could do wonders. Still a nice place, but the hotel "showed" better at my previous experience there. Staff was helpful though and took care of any issues."
