Historic downtown is 15 minutes walking distance. Parking can be tricky..but free spots can be found. Watch out -main road access is a one way road. "

"Although located a little out of town the location is very pleasant and quiet. Housekeeping is very good. I rented a bike in town for my stay and there is secure parking in the garage to keep it. To bike to town is about 10 minutes; walking 25 but busses are very frequent."

It is spacious, with high ceilings, wide corridors, spacious rooms … and it has a welcoming vibe. The rooms are well designed for storage of luggage and they are tastefully furnished.
The location of the hotel is also excellent … in the city centre, and with restaurants just outside the door, in the beautiful square the hotel opens out onto.

This hotel was wonderful! They welcomed us with champagne to enjoy as they helped with our bags and showed us to our rooms. There were some complimentary snacks and water for us in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food. The location was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel!
It's unusual to have a hotel fit your exact needs. It's not fancy, just friendly and efficient. Convenient location. The front desk is not manned evenings, but that wasn't a major problem. If you don't need a full-service hotel, try this one.
We booked a room for 1 night as our son's wedding reception was held at the hotel. When we arrived, we were met by very attentive wait staff. We enjoyed a wonderful light lunch with the wedding party, then checked into the room. What a wonderful, quaint, beautiful, comfortable room! The hotel was very quiet. Staff were alert, attentive and polite.

The staff were fantastic. Room very comfortable, and food excellent. My only observation is there appeared to be a bit of mold in the grout within the bathroom where water would pool.
