I misunderstood the procedure: you get an email before check-in with 2 door lock codes. My fault. Family Mart around the corner. "

"The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent. The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!"

"It’s very convenient from HND and also to get to Shin-Kansen. Also has several restaurants nearby, so I can get to hotel, eat and rest before getting on the train the following day. Staff is excellent and the breakfast buffet is very good. The room is very clean and quiet. "
