We had to wait in 30 minutes in rain at reception to discover that they will not able to provide any room. "This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. "We were the only guests in the hotel the staff took good care of us. Hotel is a little uphill walk so not really great for seniors. The parking in on the street. "
