"The ladies were so helpful and kind. The hotel is in the center of town and we loved the walkable area. The only thing that I did not like was the mattress, which was so hard. But my husband was OK with it. The property is very well maintained and the ladies were always available for anything we needed. No parking. Breakfast was coffee, toast, butter, fruit and yogurt, brought to our room. We especially enjoyed the staff's attentive attitudes and care."

"Hotel Mama Carlota was a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated how quiet the location was, while still being convenient for exploring Querétaro. The shower had plenty of hot water, which was a big plus. The only small thing that would have made the stay even better would be having coffee available in the room, but there is a coffee shop downstairs, so it was easy to grab one in the morning. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. 5 stars!"
