"We had the most amazing stay at Royal Premium Hotel . From the moment we step through the doors of the hotel we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time in Hanoi and the staff was very helpful in regards to answering all of our thousands questions, helping with bookings and providing guidance about where to go and what we should visit during our stay. "Excellent stay at Oriental Jade. Clean and comfortable room with good beds and bathroom with great shower. Staff uniformly excellent.Broad breakfast selection both western and Vietnamese. Very accommodating about holding luggage and assisting with airport transit. Had a great massage in spa - so convenient to go down in robe! Swimming pool has amazing views. Ate at the rooftop bar several times - nice fettuccine with salmon for a change of pace. "
