Hotels in Santa Lucía

Overall, the staff was great and very friendly. On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. There was an error in the type of vehicle to the airport because I had asked the night before to reserve a van that would fit a family of 6, but they were able to obtain 2 taxis fairly quickly for the same price we would’ve paid for the van. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and would definitely...

Gorgeous property! Super clean, great location, soft beds, tons of attention to detail in rooms. Turndown service and housekeeping was impeccable.

It was beautiful. Beyond our expectations. Great ambiance. Staff was on top of everything, super friendly and helpful. They truly made tis experience the best! While at the coffee bar, my 7 year old daughter wanted a milk chocolate drink that was not on the menu and the two young guys at the bar offered to make it. They truly make it special! Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately our room was over the garage and the metal doors upon opening and closing, made a lot of noise. Also at 7 am water is delivered by truck and that was quite disturbing.

This is a wonderful respite within the City. Great location and fantastic customer service. The property is charming and very well located. The rooms are large and clean and have thoughtful details (eg sound machine for getting to sleep). Lots of great art throughout. Wonderful and thoughtful local arrival and departure gifts.

We had a wonderful stay and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, an eight-block area around the hotel had lost power majority of the day. The team handled the situation amazing hospitality despite not being able to control the power situation: they treated us to a tlayuda (like a Mexican pizza and quesadilla combined) and welcome drink, carried our bags upstairs, and the bar manager even arranged a mezcal tasting. The hotel itself was spotless, fresh, and...

My stay in this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well maintained, and their cleaning practices are phenomenal. Excellent customer service, every employee I interacted with was professional and courteous. The rooms are basic, but they met the expectations. Parking is very convenient, I never had any trouble finding a spot to park. I also loved their breakfast, which included eggs, beans, tortilla chips, salsa, sweet bread, fruit, and other items; you could also request toast or...

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in consierge matters. The neighborhood is rather calm but still has really good food in walking distance. While it has 3 great on-site restaurants, one drawback would be the volume of level of the music played in the bar late into the night, which is fine if your room is on the other side (and they do provide earplugs) but might be an issue in a room closer to the sound.

Casa Antonieta was incredible! If you have the chance to stay here, you should without question. The staff here was so attentive and helpful with arrangements and recommendations. Their response time to emails was some times nearly instantaneous and everything they recommended was top notch. The room was spacious and relaxing, and had a shower with great water pressure. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and Mezcalerias all within a few blocks. I look forward to staying at Casa Antonieta again...

Very nice and clean hotel to stay in, and it’s close to the airport and anything else you may need. It also has a gym! I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at La Hacienda! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the restaurant that’s a part of the hotel. I liked having on site parking! It was perfect for my needs. I plan to stay there the next time I am in Oaxaca

Perfect stay well located

The entire experience and staff were amazing. Gerardo and Julio were a part of making it amazing. The food was perfect, the rooftop pool, the room and the location was on point. We will be returning. Shout out to the transportation company too!! Thanks for an amazing first visit!

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Incluye desayuno.

This is where my husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. Super cute and cozy. The patio was beautifully decorated with plants of all sorts. The staff was helpful and are happy to help you. It's a 10ish minute walk to el centro but SO WORTH IT. With stores, liquor stores, and mini marts not too far.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Azul. The hotel design is impressive and the location is perfect (easy walking distance to all tourist attractions in town, but just far enough off the main tourist strip to be a bit secluded). My only quibble with the building is that I found the bathroom layout awkward. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had an early departure on the last day and had a few issues as the arrangements we had made re: taxis and breakfast were...
