I was expecting "white sand beaches and clear warm waters" as seen in the ads so I paid the price for a "Beach Front Room' only to find out that there is no white sand beach - only mud and muddy waters! We found out later that the islands with beautiful white beaches, clear waters and lagoons can only be reached by boat at a very pricey cost - $120-150 per person depending on your island destination. The Hotel is in an isolated area 1-hour away from the nearest town and as a consequence you pay...
It’s a beautiful hotel with stellar management and staff. With each day we stayed there, we became more enchanted with the place. We loved this resort! The views are fantastic! Each unit has a terrace for sitting and enjoying the views. They also have made several other places with comfortable chairs and hammocks to sit and enjoy the time. All sorts of water sports are available: kayaks, snorkeling, island hopping, and of course diving! We are not divers but we loved everything else. Stayed for three nights and had an EXCELLENT experience. Relieved to have booked the Bayview room, especially now after reading some of the negative reviews regarding the rooms facing the back of the hotel. Keep in mind it’s a small town, so obviously there are going to be roosters like the norm in the Philippines. We spent 5 nights here in April …. WOW! Peaceful, stunning pool, great variety of western and Filipino meals. Bedroom had everything we needed … great shower, comfy bed, lovely balcony over looking the pool. Very courteous staff and a huge shout-out to Dave the bartender for going above and beyond every night we sat there. Amdo the GM was polite and caring and checked on us almost everyday. The property and the services were amazing, everyone there was so helpful to us and the breakfast was very good . A mix of dishes even american breakfast and very close to town , will definitely stay there again.
One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff makes you feel like you own the island and they all work for you. Try to get a VIP Villa or beach Villa. Highly recommend for romantic get away. Sunsets are spectacular. We had dinner on the beach almost every evening, unforgettable time here. I love you guys.

This was perfect for our stay in Coron! It was a short walk to the main road in town from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and we were comfortable during our time here.
