"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yokosuka Harbour Hotel and highly recommend it to others. The hotel is close to train stations, shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is 800 yen per person and was delicious. The hotel staff was very courteous and responsive. "
"Enjoyed my 3 day stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt very much at home. I would recommend it and stay again if I ever go back to this area. "
"Great location — near many shops and restaurants, and just 10 min walk to the beach. We reserved the Japanese style double that was beautiful. Small, but wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was a big fan of the Japanese breakfast. I really appreciated all the different beverages offered during breakfast too. I’d definitely stay here again."
"The hotel was comfortable and the staff are just amazing. They made sure we understood everything the hotel has to offer. Speaking of what they offer- the pool and spa was the best. It’s a must go for any anybody visiting the island."
"Last minute decision to stay here after visiting Kamakura and the beach area. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, excellent restaurants and lounge on site. Would highly recommend."
"The double room with 140cm-wide bed is actually 12meter square large, about the same size as many small hotel room in metropolitan Tokyo. If you have a lot of luggage, book a larger room. Other than that, the hotel staff, the neighborhood of Ofuna and the hotel are all good."
"This is a lovely hotel and the bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtful with each course. A great place to stay."

Great location next to station! No frills but good deal and clean room! Will stay again! Staff was very helpful and friendly! They stored my bags at checkout as I was attending Christian worship service a few blocks away. Great recommendation from a local friend!
We’re just starting a 3 week trip in Japan, and wanted somewhere relaxing to stay in order to get acclimated. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place. Our room was lovely, the service level was amazing, and the location was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t want to leave!
I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room at the amenities that were included. This was a perfect location, 5 minutes.Walking distance to chinatown and the Port.
They have a beautiful rooftop Lounge and a bar in lounge on the twelfth floor A very friendly staff. However , make sure they understand what you're asking. I asked about evening entertainment in the area and was told there wasn't any only to find out later that this is the The jazz capital of Japan. There are several jazz...
The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system.
Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.
The hotel is newly opened and very modern. Self check in/out system and the rooms are like mini modern apartments with cookers. Washing machine. Refrigerator. A bit TV. Suitable for short stays whether on business or leisure. The Japanese buffet breakfast was lovely. But if that’s not for you. There’s a great bakery in the foyer too....
I really liked the Kamakura Prince hotel. Some may say it is dated, but I think it had a classic mid-century modern/art deco look which I thought was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There are two restaurants: (i) a Japanese teppenyaki restaurant; and (ii) a "European" restaurant. I would not say that they are super gourmet, but I enjoyed my meals there. The European restaurant has huge windows looking out over the water with views of...
This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.
