"We had a great stay at the Rixos! The suite we had was huge, with the most amazing balcony, with a great view of the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Plenty of choice for food to suit all, with all premium drinks available. The water park was incredible and both my sons loved it! All the staff were friendly and very helpful when needed. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Great stay at the hotel with excellent service, especially by Salma from reception but also by her colleagues. Always helpful and friendly, all request were fulfilled. Good selection of tasty foods for breakfast and a beautiful garden with different pools as well as a private beach. What’s also convenient is that Lagoona Mall with shops is just across the street. We can absolutely recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was fantastic - from meet & greet with Momodu who was one of the nicest people you could meet to all staff in between. Check in staff / front of house staff could not do enough for us during our stay. Sanny in the Coral Restaurant was simply amazing making sure we had everything we needed. The whole restaurant staff were superb, along with those working outside on the poolside area. The hotel itself is as you’d expect for a 5 star - exemplary- our room was well appointed & the gym one...
