"The cleaning staff la Señora Luz Maria went above and beyond to assist me with things I requested!! Ms. Eva was also extremely helpful. I used Expedia to book my hotel stay and they double charged me and she was so pleasant and worked with Expedia to ensure they refunded the extra charge!! All the employees of this hotel were exceptional!! The hotel is beautiful with views of the city especially from the roof top and the pool!! Definitely top notch hotel and the service was also amazing!!...

"The room was neat and clean. The staff was very nice. I don't speak Spanish and they were very patient with me using Google Translate. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee. The mall is nearby. It has an Exito (grocery store), IKEA, its dog friendly throughout including in the food court and there is a little theme park with 2 arcades, carousel, & other kids rides on the top floor. Using Uber to get there was easy."

"Amazing hotel. Very well located near Provenza and Parque Lleras. Breakfast on its terrace and its Jacuzzi overlooking Medellin are incredible. The corridors smell like Coffee, Coconut according to the floor. Que hotel tan increíble. Muy bien ubicado cerca a provenza y parque lleras caminando. "We Spent a week in Medellin and we enjoyed our time at Fairfield Marriott. It is a little away from the center of Medellin. But its walking distance to Mayorca Mall so we could easily do shopping, get a quick meal, get groceries etc. The breakfast was great, this was one of the reasons we chose this Hotel :) The Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke enough English that allowed for smooth communication :) I would recommend here for an affordable and comfortable stay in Medellin."
