"The location of this hotel is supposed to be convenient to the entertainment district. I would not stay there again just based on that because as a 5 star hotel I was expecting more. At all times and especially at night, there is a heavy presence of police, this is because there are so many men traveling and bringing in prostitutes into the hotel. I felt terribly uncomfortable due to this situation. The staff was helpful and really not at fault but I wish I would have known better, literally you could not walk out the front door without experiencing some shady business. The lighting inside the room was very poor, the ac was not working properly on the first night, the food was ok but not to 5 star standard. An honest review is needed and if you don’t want to experience what I did, stay in the financial district or Envigado it is much better especially for couples. "

"The breakfast was amazing, everyone was very kind and helped me with my needs. The restaurant on the rooftop it was excellent and the service was amazing. There was a total of 12 people and they did an amazing job. "
