"Breakfast Food quality needs to improve"

"Lovely rooms and service at this hotel and was convenient for what I needed. Food was ample and tasty with lots of variety. Service was good and staff were very friendly. Shout out to Amit and Reema. Although the hotel itself was good and it was near the bus station and it was tucked away down a little road which I felt didn't hold up to Hilton standards with the crowds outside. Overall it was a good place and was useful for my needs."

"I had a wonderful 9-day stay at Uday Palace, Navsari. The front desk team — Harshita, Prakriti, and Rishita — were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Pintu from housekeeping on the third floor for keeping everything spotless with great attention to detail. Excellent service all around — highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Room services were amazing from laudry to taking our luggage up to room and down to reception. We were part of a wedding party so had 5 rooms and we all thr best experience which as you can imagine can be a problem but lords was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and moved to a villa somewhere else and came back as the villa was terrible Thanks to all the staff "

"In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. An ironing board provided by the hotel had a cover sheet which bled color. On using a steam iron for a white shirt, it had severe color stains on the shirt, which happened just a few hours before I was to attend a funeral wearing that white shirt. Lights in the washroom especially the one around the mirror were constantly flashing thereby rendering them unusable. I have pictures of all of the above, but unfortunately I don't see any space on Expedia reviews to upload them. Several guests in rooms on our floor kept the doors open with a lot of loud talking, laughing etc which was disturbing and annoying and no action was taken by the hotel management to curtail such behavior. Would consider twice before booking at Ginger Surat again. "
