Best place to stay while in Seattle

Rebecca at the front desk was fantastic. She helped with our suitcases when we changed rooms. All ways very friendly as the rest of the employs. third time we have stayed there.

The location was central to everything that I had to do. And the staff was great!

Extremely friendly and polite staff; eager to help. Very clean rooms and grounds. Outdoor covered seating. Beautiful potted plants. Very reasonable rates. All in all, a10 out of 10.

When in Belltown, this is the only place we stay at. What a gem this hotel is. The location can’t be beat, you are literally walking-minutes away from everything you will want to do in Seattle. The neighborhood is awesome, we love Belltown, so many great places and live music. The room was very spacious and the staff very friendly

The view from the room on high floor is great. There is some nicks on the furniture and paint dents in the actual room.

Excellent, clean hotel. Easy access to UW Medical clinic and Kingston/Edmunds Ferry. This will be our hotel of choice for medical visits.

It is a cute little property. The staff was super friendly. I was a little unsure about the shared bathrooms as I had never tried it before. The bathrooms were very clean and included all the basics. Defiantly recommend this place!

Immediate area has drugged houseless individuals - not the hotels fault

The property was beautiful with a great location. Serious Pie restuarant across the street was amazing for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Overall a nice place to stay

College Inn Hotel is exactly what it claims to be. There were no surprises for us. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the fresh air with open windows at night was perfect. We never encountered anyone in the bathroom and enjoyed having our own sink, towels, and blow dryer in bedroom. The location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

This hotel is fabulous, very clean, very well kept. We had a corner room on the 15th floor with giant windows so the view was awesome. It was a little tight for 4 adults though. Breakfast included potatoes, eggs, some type of a sausage/patty and vegetarian option, waffle makers, bagels/toast, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, condiments, juices, hot coffee/tea, cereal, very well stocked.
