"Check in was uneventful… albeit through a bulletproof glass window. “Breakfast” was nothing more than granola bars from Sam’s Club. Nothing else. A damn granola bar. No juice or sugar water drinks. No coffee. Water fountain. Granola bar. Ridiculous."

"I booked this hotel for its proximity to downtown, but my experience wasn’t great. The staff was fine, no complaints there. The main issue was the noise at night—lots of loud sounds from above and people walking around late, which kept waking me up. If you’re looking to save money, it’s okay, but if you value your sleep, I’d recommend choosing another option."

"We booked this specifically for the pool and fitness center to use with our kids. Other groups of unsupervised children ruined it. Children were no longer allowed in the gym (even with their parent present) and the pool experience was intolerable over their screams and rambunctiousness. "
