Hotel is in a great location, set back on a quiet end of a hectic road. Only a 10-15 minute taxi to the pyramids/GEM.
Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We had a poolside room which was great for easy access to the pool facilities.
The breakfast is brilliant, lots of hot and cold choices with a stunning view of the Giza pyramids.
All the staff were great, meeting us on arrival, carrying our bags and were helpful with of our queries.

We came around midnight. The area around was not what I thought of. It was stray dogs and cats all around. Narrow streets and I felt a little unsafe. When we enter in the room all looks good until we moved the blanket and it was hair and unmade bed inside. Pillows were dirty as well. We stayed only for the night through and 30 hrs layover. Breakfast was delivered in the room And we left for the day to look around the city.
Definition of a hidden gem. It’s located deep in the rural area but I didn’t mind at all. The hotel is truly beautiful and great hospitality. We booked last minute and even those changes they were able to accommodate us with everything that we needed. They truly do treat you like family, make sure you are ok, they even go out of their way to provide you with anything that you ask that might not be in the hotel. Oh, and that view! Just priceless! I loved our experience and I’m looking forward to...

The staff are nice. The rooftop restaurant has views of the pyramids and it was a very nice stay...I really liked that they offered breakfast and if you missed that you could go to rooftop to order a full breakfast.

Great place to stay we arrived late and I did a mistake during booking I closed wrong day . Staff were very professional they resolved issue in no time . Rooms are very clean and stylish the view from our room was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us they even had milk ready for my daughter.
