"It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "

"Great location to stay just outside of san juan. Next to great beaches and bars. Had so much fun for karaoke night upstairs from our room. Great restaurant attached. The rooms are nice. Cleanliness was decent. I have stayed at better and worse. Overall i would book it again in the future"

"Love this property! Best hotel in the Old San Juan. Courteous staff, beautiful grounds, extremely clean and we loved the coffee / water bar on the 3rd floor with the terrace overlooking the city. They even upgraded us to a suite for no additional charge. We will be back!"

"Room was clean and updated. Perfect location for walking to restaurants in the area. Only a few blocks away from Port if you are cruising out of San Juan. Great photo op next to the I ❤️ PR sign. Staff were more than helpful especially Madalina (hopefully I spelled that right, my apologies to her if not). She was wonderful with providing a map and a list of restaurant recommendations in the area. Definitely would stay here again to visit San Juan."
