"Amazing hotel in a perfect central location. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—nothing was ever too much to ask. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and three different pillows to choose from, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit...

All the staff are so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is so clean. I recommend Hotel Provenza Garden and I would definitely come back to stay here if I come to Medellin. "
