"The room I booked and paid for did not exist. I received a message on the day of my arrival in Vietnam which informed me that the hotel was closed for hotel guests. I was re-booked in a 2 star apartment, with no other alternatives being offered.. many thanks to Hotels.com support team for zero support !"

"All the bed linens and bedding sheets plus the towels are old, turned yellow and the bed sheets and pillows are smelly, they are washing them in their only washing machines and hang try, needs professional cleaning services."

"Located in good location with good views. Was a bit difficult to find but once we got hold of agent she was very helpful in showing us the way. Staff is great, very clean, the location also great especially the convenience stores"
