The Palm Hotel and Spa is located in a beautiful part of Reunion Island surrounded by lush scenery and gorgeous beaches. The hotel facilities were top notch and the staff were exceptionally accommodating and bent over backwards to give our family the best experience possible. What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it.
The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located.
The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night.
Overall, really great place to spend a night or several.

Grandpa Pinpin was is the sweetest man I ever met. He runs the place and he keeps trying to communicate with you even if you don’t understand French. Coming from America, I truly appreciated the local experience, and his son was the first person that I actually was able to speak to in the outback of the Territory. Staying in this beautiful home in the fields of sugarcane to get a true experience. Also visit leader price market at the bottom of the street!
