"Service at this hotel is in general quite good but quite pricey bar. They serve local wines (not really good) to international prices!! Secondly they want you to buy expensive Belgium beers instead of local beers to get you to pay more. "My stay at Mercure was exceptional. The staff made me feel right at home. I stay at this hotel every time I am in Algiers and are on a first name basis with a lot of the team. Sure there are some quirks that are typically dealt with immediately, but overall I have 0 complaints. I will certainly continue to make this my number one choice when I am staying in the area. "
