"Our stay was great! The hotel staff helped us so much with things like taxis, excursions, directions, room service, and assisting with our special requests. We especially enjoyed assistance and service from Nada and Turyck at the reception desk, and Arman in the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant service was great, and they also delivered to our room. The Pyramids of Giza light up the view from the rooftop! The room was clean, maid service was great upon request, and the restaurant was kept immaculate! There are a couple of pharmacies and several stores within walking distance. We even found a business around the corner to do our laundry. Can't beat the convenience!"

"The best place to stay in Cairo if you have odd hours flights. It’s a 5 min internal-property walk to Terminal 3. Plenty of food options and property is amazing."

"The staff were SO helpful and friendly. I was with a group and the staff made our visit in Cairo even more enjoyable. They helped us with setting up transportation and restaurant recommendations, etc. They really went above and beyond. The 2 men, each named Saif, Adam and the woman Shahenda were all great. "

"A treasure find - immaculate brand new rooms with cozy hot tubs and unparalleled view of the Giza plateau - the best breakfast in Egypt and the most wonderful hosts - beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning is amazing . A lot of lovely touches in the room make it so comfortable and tons of eateries downstairs . Highly highly highly recommend ."

"The people here are great, they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. It was very easy to change times and rearrange tours. It is a very welcoming place to stay, it is family ran and makes you feel as a house guest. There are many near by shops and stores that you can walk to also. "
