I was impressed by-the personalized attention by the owner to my specific Keto diet needs. The property was nice , very clean and fully furnished with modern appliances.

I was in Jamaica for a quick in and out 1 day stay and decided on Abacus. I was sent a msg by Novelette to ensure my arrival time. Once I landed , I checked in and the apartment for spacious and immaculate. The next morning I requested a special breakfast and Novelette delivered! The food was delicious and well prepared. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and was close to my destinations. I would stay here again for my next visit to Kingston.

After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I...

The welcome drink on arrival gave the experience a special touch. We were awed that the same courtesy was extended on departure 😊. Property is centrally located, quiet, excellent food, cozy room. EXELLENT staff all around! Enjoyed the stay❤️

Terra Nova has a charm that many other hotels in Kingston lack. The staff is warm and personable, they will help you with what ever you need.It is ultimately the quintessential go to hotel in Kingston for me. True Jamaican hospitality! If you enjoy Jamaican culinary I would highly recommend.

Nice place would go again

This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

Staff was courteous and attentive to every situations. Breakfast was served in every capacity. Not to mention the stew fish in coconut. It was finger licking. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up. My family and I enjoyed this property. The staffs were very professional, the property well kept, my room and bathroom were very clean. I enjoyed our meals at the onsite restaurant. I recommend this hotel.

The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. Overall great stay

The location is the uniqueness of this property, you are able to see multiple Parishes on the Island, and of course, to wake up every morning to the grandness of the Blue Mountain Peak and its ranges as the backdrop for your view is breathtaking.
