"Check in, sleep, check out was perfect. You are on a bar street so it could possibly be loud for you until 2a unless you are out on the town yourself. We were outside as well so it did not affect us. Overall a great hotel and nice spot with a good selection of food in walking distance. Will be staying again."

The staffing model at Citizen M allows for staff to be cross functional and share the tip pool. They appear to work very well together. The location is also perfect if you wish to enjoy Austin’s downtown charm."
