"Broken Elevator Got stuck on the elevator Had a leaking toilet Love the rooms here but the New Management has to resolve the amenities being inaccessible & a 25 floor building with one working elevator Their employee elevator even went out from all the people trying to get downstairs to the lobby "

Gus at the front desk and the other guy don’t remember his name was very helpful and friendly. I just wished that they had a bellman to assist with luggage or packages. No toothpaste or brush was provided as amenities. Please bring your own."

Was surprised at having to pay $28 garage parking fee....were from rural area...area around building under construction but building inside is very nice."

Extremely dusty floor under bed with food. (Disgusting). 6. Furniture (bath vanity, Desk top all blistered). 7. TV old. Difficult to operate (remote). "

"Ritz Carlton 5 star hotel BIG disappointment! Poor front desk ( they actually never answered the phone when I tried to call ) Bar and restaurant also disappoint/ ordered the Expensive Burger No pink / no blood . It came out rare to med But lots of blood . They offered to redo it but I had no time. Bellman left my hanging clothes in the closet ( what bell person does not check closet ?). I tried calling them for 3 hours they never answered the phone. I had to call corporate Marriott hdq For help . Finally spoke to security and located my left behind belongings in closet Bed comfort was good /everything else bad The hotel seemed deserted. Arrival May5 Holiday Inn would have been better"
