From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. "Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. "
