Great hotel, good clean rooms, polite responsive staff. A *little* further from the center than I might have liked, but short GRAB rides took care of that.

Very nice room, even got one that didn't reek of cigarettes. Only problem with it is access. It's not a long walk anywhere but the heat and the lack of footpaths made getting around less than enjoyable and took the shine off an otherwise excellent experience a bit. That said I would stay there again.

This beautiful retreat away from the city offers tranquility for the weary traveler. The food and bar are great as well as the pool and grounds. Be aware that there is a mosque just down the toad that performs prayers over the loudspeaker starting around 5am.

We loved the uniqueness of the property. The secluded location was lovely.

The staff here are great! They had mixed up our arrival date, and we'd had a 1am pick-up scheduled at the airport. They did not come, but I called and they were there within 15 minutes and did not charge us for the shuttle since they had messed up. They have a small kitchen and private bathrooms (no hot water). The building is getting old and tired but I can’t fault the location. The staff was friendly but the apartment needs to improve on its noise insulation. You could hear the neighbor clearly and the noise from the karaoke nearby on a Friday night was just horrible.

Room and cleanliness all acceptable except the shower head not working properly, toilet the shades all never clean, WiFi cannot linked cos the reception says our room too far from the modem.

Every morning during my stay, I had breakfast on the 4th floor with a view of the Sarawak River. There were varieties of local dishes, desserts and fruits. Staff was very friendly and helpful (top notched). This hotel has the best security setup I have ever encountered.. Even my local friends were amazed when I showed them around.
